Et m\u00eame si ma sleeve de f\u00e9vrier 2021 m&#8217;a aid\u00e9 dans ma perte de poids, c&#8217;est ces changements qui m&#8217;ont permis de retrouver le tonus qui est le mien aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bient\u00f4t un an, 108.1 kg, soit 43 kg de perdu, 32 depuis la sleeve&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est vrai que ces derni\u00e8res semaines, ma perte pond\u00e9rale est tr\u00e8s lente, mais ma masse musculaire continu de se d\u00e9velopper, et c&#8217;est donc ma morphologie qui \u00e9volue positivement. Les mesures amp\u00e8rem\u00e9trique de la r\u00e9partition entre masse grasse et masse s\u00e8che, montre qu&#8217;il ne me reste que 4 \u00e0 5 kg de masse grasse \u00e0 perdre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma journ\u00e9e type :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5h30 :<\/strong> R\u00e9veil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5h45 :<\/strong> Petit d\u00e9jeuner, compos\u00e9 d&#8217;un bol de lait, 3 biscottes, 12 gr de beurre, 1 c \u00e0 s de confiture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6h00 : <\/strong>sport, 1 h marche sportive avec des exercices de renforcement musculaire, par exemple, je marche 5km et je fais 10 pompes dans les 400 m&#8230; Je termine chaque s\u00e9ance par 10 mn d&#8217;\u00e9tirement et de travail respiratoire profond. J&#8217;ai un genou fragile, et donc, pour l&#8217;instant, je ne peux toujours pas courir. Je referais un essai si j&#8217;arrive \u00e0 100 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7h20 :<\/strong> Douche, puis je prends soin de moi, cr\u00e8me pour diminuer le risque de rel\u00e2chement cutan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8h00 :<\/strong> Boulot, et j&#8217;y vais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en v\u00e9lo, 11 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10h00 :<\/strong> Collation, pour cette prise alimentaire, je favorise les prot\u00e9ines, par exemple, je m\u00e9lange du St Moret avec du thon au naturel que je tartine sur des petit pain grill\u00e9 (style krisproll)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12h30 : <\/strong>D\u00e9jeuner, le plus souvent, un plat et un d\u00e9sert. J&#8217;ai n&#8217;ai plus de difficult\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les volumes. Je sais que mon plat ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 300 \u00e0 350 gr, bien sur, pas de boisson \u00e0 table, et j&#8217;ai de la place pour mon d\u00e9sert, un yaourt, une demi tartelette aux fruits, une mousse au chocolat, etc&#8230; <br>Pour mes plats, je cuisine beaucoup des viandes maigres, les crustac\u00e9s, le poisson, accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un f\u00e9culent ET d&#8217;un l\u00e9gume. mais je me fais aussi des gratins de p\u00e2tes, du hachis parmentier, et m\u00eame une demi pizza de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14h00 :<\/strong> Caf\u00e9, et tr\u00e8s souvent, je l&#8217;accompagne d&#8217;un ou 2 carr\u00e9 de chocolat. Je pr\u00e9cise que je bois mon caf\u00e9 avec 1 vrai sucre de canne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16h30 :<\/strong> Collation assez similaire \u00e0 celle de 10h, sauf tr\u00e8s souvent le WE, ou je profite de cette collation pour manger une part de g\u00e2teau d\u2019anniversaire, une cr\u00eape, ce que j&#8217;ai pu pr\u00e9parer pour ma tribu. Mes proches ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qu&#8217;il fallait d\u00e9caler le d\u00e9sert des repas de famille \u00e0 16h ou 16h30&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19h30 : <\/strong>D\u00eener, tr\u00e8s souvent \u00e0 base de salade vari\u00e9s, mais enrichie en prot\u00e9ine, des endives, avec du thon, du jambon, du parmesan, sauce \u00e0 base fromage blanc&#8230; un petit morceau de pain, du fromage ou un petit d\u00e9sert&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>21h30 :<\/strong> Ma derni\u00e8re collation, que ne prends d\u2019ailleurs pas tous les jours&#8230; 1 yaourt ou 2 carr\u00e9 de chocolat, 1 pomme, &#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de personne sont \u00e9tonn\u00e9 quant je leur dit que j&#8217;attaque ma journ\u00e9e \u00e0 5h30, mais en fait mon organisme c&#8217;est adapt\u00e9. Je m&#8217;endors plus t\u00f4t, et contrairement \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;on pourrait croire, mon heure quotidienne de sport n&#8217;est pas une contrainte, mais c&#8217;est devenu un moment d&#8217;\u00e9panouissement. le sport \u00e0 6 h du matin, c&#8217;est le seul moment que les autres ne peuvent pas  vous prendre&#8230; ils dorment !!! \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai la chance d&#8217;avoir un magnifique lac \u00e0 10 mn de chez moi, j\u2019emm\u00e8ne mes chiens, et durant 1 heure, j\u2019\u00e9coute la musique que j&#8217;aime, et comme je me sens tonique, c&#8217;est quant je n&#8217;ai pas le temps d&#8217;aller marcher que je suis malheureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cot\u00e9 accompagnement, j&#8217;ai toujours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>un coach sportif avec qui je fait 1 heure de musculation par semaine.<\/li><li>Ma di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne que je vois en visio tous les 15 jours<\/li><li>Mon autre di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne que je vois en cabinet tous les 2 mois et qui prends mes mensurations et ma r\u00e9partition de masse.<\/li><li>une psy.. normalement tous les 15 jours en visio, mais que j&#8217;ai un peu d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 pendant les vacances<\/li><li>et bien sur, ma chirurgienne et mon m\u00e9decin que je revois r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je n&#8217;ai pas fait de billet depuis un moment&#8230; probablement parce que je m&#8217;installe dans mon nouveau mode de vie, avec une routine bien rod\u00e9&#8230; Depuis Octobre 2020, soit bient\u00f4t un an, j&#8217;ai tout chang\u00e9, mon alimentation, mes rythmes de sommeil, mon activit\u00e9 physique.
